Frequently Asked Questions

Welcome to our FAQ section, designed to address common queries about our vessels and the processes involved in their construction and certification. Whether you’re considering a commercial catamaran, a passenger vessel, or any other type of boat, we’re here to provide clarity and insight into our manufacturing practices and regulatory compliance.

At A&M Manufacturing, we’re committed to durability and longevity in our vessels. Unlike some manufacturers, such as Corinthian Catamarans that use marine plywood and balsa core, we opt for composite construction. This involves high-quality materials such as fiberglass, Coosa board, anodized aluminum, and stainless steel to ensure our boats stand the test of time without wood components.

Depending on the size and weight of the PWCs you plan to use, our fiberglass catamaran can accommodate up to 8 PWCs on board. Please note that additional amenities, such as a marine bathroom, may reduce the capacity for PWCs. For detailed specifications and arrangements, please contact us directly.

Our engineers have developed a custom solution that includes both a ramp and an electric crane to facilitate faster and more reliable loading and unloading of PWCs. As this vessel is a custom build, we can tailor these solutions to fit your specific operational needs.

We recommend using an inflatable dock system that can be deployed alongside the vessel, providing easy access to and from the PWCs for your guests. We can also construct custom ladders and steps to ensure safe water access.

No, this fiberglass catamaran is designed primarily to carry PWCs and crew and does not include a COI. For operations requiring transport of clients, we recommend using a secondary COI vessel, such as a water taxi or ferry, that will shuttle your clients and tie up to your floating headquarters. Please contact us for further details.

This model is fully customizable to meet your specific requirements. Options include various roof styles (soft top, tiki, hard top, full or partial coverage), as well as marine heads, tables and chairs, security systems, internet connectivity, and more. Discuss your needs with us to explore all possible customizations.

Absolutely. This vessel is designed to be a versatile support vessel and can be modified to suit various operations. We can equip it with racks for paddleboards or kayaks, storage for kite surf sails or wings, and gear for diving and snorkeling. It can even be outfitted as a mobile lab for scientific research. Whatever your vision, our engineers and craftsmen are ready to build it.
